The American Mule
A patriotic spin on the classic Moscow Mule, featuring America’s native spirit: bourbon.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Soldier Valley Lee Greenwood Signature Bourbon
- ½ oz fresh lime juice
- 4 oz ginger beer
- Mint, for garnish
Method: Combine the bourbon and lime juice in a copper mug filled with ice. Top with ginger beer and stir. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig and a lime wedge.
The Thomas Jefferson Collins
As an author of the Declaration of Independence, Thomas Jefferson certainly deserves his own cocktail.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Soldier Valley Lee Greenwood Signature Vodka
- 1 oz lemon juice
- Dash of Angostura bitters
- Splash of port
- Sparkling wine
- Lemon wedge
Method: Combine vodka, lemon juice, bitters, and port in a shaker filled with ice. Shake well, then strain into a Collins glass filled with ice. Top with sparkling wine and garnish with a lemon wedge.

The Cold Fashioned blends two of America’s oldest favorites: American whiskey and coffee. Americans have a long history with coffee, a valuable commodity since the Boston Tea Party, when colonists chose to forgo the British tea tax and drank coffee instead.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Soldier Valley Lee Greenwood Signature Whiskey
- 1 oz coffee liqueur
- 2 dashes orange bitters
Method: Stir and serve over the rocks. Garnish with an orange slice or peel.
